Welcome to Luminue, the Roblox-based acting group with its own games. These are Luminue’s official community rules. We also enforce the platform Terms of Service and Community Guidelines where applicable.

 

Note: These rules may be updated at any time. Continued use of the server after changes means you accept the updated rules.

Discord Rules (As of 16/3/26 - does not change here always refer to discord server)

1. Harassment & Code of Conduct

1a. Respect all members.

1b. Never direct abusive, insulting, or hateful language at someone.

1c. Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or stalk members.

1d. Do not solicit personal information from other members.

1e. No hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory remarks.

1f. Do not insult cats. Severe consequences may apply. 😾

Note: Staff may ask you to change behaviour even if no explicit rule has yet been broken.

2. Content Standards

2a. No NSFW content.

2b. No graphic violence, gore, or extreme imagery.

2c. No sexual content involving minors or sexualised references to minors.

2d. No shock content, disturbing material, or extreme themes.

2e. No links to content that violate these rules.

2f. Profile pictures, descriptions, nicknames, and usernames must comply with rules above.

Enforcement: Content moderation may be delayed; if you see violating content, report it.

3. Chat Conduct

3a. Swearing is allowed in moderation; excessive swearing is not.

3b. Sexualised remarks or crude comments are not permitted.

3c. No spam, flooding, or deliberate disruption.

3d. Keep discussions SFW.

3e. Avoid excessive use of capitals, soundboards, or disruptive symbols.

AutoMod: Automated moderation tools are used to enforce chat rules.

4. Privacy & Safety

4a. Do not share real personal data (names, addresses, phone numbers, account credentials) publicly.

4b. Do not impersonate staff or other members.

4c. Doxxing, threats, or attempts to expose private information are strictly banned.

4d. Do not pressure others to reveal private information.

Voluntary info: We may collect voluntary age group information for moderation; you are not required to provide it.

5. Illegal, Harmful, and Exploitative Activity

5a. Do not encourage self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.

5b. No drug promotion, weapons instructions, hacking guides, or piracy content.

5c. No scam, phishing, or malicious links.

Penalty: Violations in this section are grounds for immediate ban and may be reported to platform or legal authorities.

6. Advertising & Promotion

6a. No unauthorised advertising, spam, or self-promotion.

6b. Server invites are limited to one invite link and must comply with these rules.

6c. DM advertising to members is prohibited.

6d. Do not direct people to ad pages or payment solicitations without staff approval.

Partnerships: Open a partnership ticket to request official partner status.

7. Voice Channel Guidelines

7a. All rules from sections 1–4 apply in voice channels.

7b. No mic spam, “ear-rape,” or excessively loud/disruptive audio.

7c. Recording voice chats without the explicit consent of participants is banned.

Staff powers: Staff may mute, move, or disconnect members in voice channels if necessary.

8. Other

8a. Alt accounts to evade bans are strictly forbidden.

8b. Rules may be updated at any time.

8c. AI-assisted scams or impersonation using AI are banned.

8d. The server is not responsible for actions taken by individual users off-server.

9. Roblox Experiences, Free Models, and Third-Party Assets — Credits & Attribution

Luminue may operate, manage, promote, or be associated with Roblox experiences, groups, assets, or development projects that use free models, public assets, or third-party resources obtained from the platform or permitted sources.

 

9.1 Use & Limitations

We use free/public assets and third-party resources where appropriate. Use of such assets does not imply Luminue created, owns, or exclusively controls them.

We cannot guarantee all third-party assets are error-free, secure, or free of rights issues. Assets may change, be removed, or be disputed by their creators.

 

9.2 Credits & Attribution — How to Request

Creators may request attribution. To request credit, email luminueroblox@gmail.com and include:

A link or identifier for the original asset (Roblox asset URL or developer page).

Proof of authorship (asset page showing your username or other verifiable evidence).

Exact credit text you want used (e.g., “Model by Username”).

Any licensing or usage details.

What we do: If a claim is supported by reasonable evidence, we will add acknowledgement where practical (in-game credits, asset description, community credits page, or other visible location). We will respond by email and aim to act in good faith.

 

Limitations: Attribution does not transfer ownership or alter copyright. We may decline requests lacking evidence or conflicting with licensing.

 

 

9.3 DMCA / Infringement Notices

If you believe an asset is used without authorization and constitutes copyright infringement, include that in your email and provide necessary legal details for a formal takedown. We will process in accordance with applicable platform rules and law.

 

 

10. Data Collection, Logging, and Moderation Records

Luminue does not sell personal data. Limited information may be collected or logged for moderation, security, and administrative purposes.

Types of data we may access or record:

Discord username, display name, and user ID

Account creation date / account age

Server join date

Message history and logs (including deleted/edited messages retained by bots for moderation)

Warning and moderation history

Reports filed by or against you

Ticket messages and application responses

Appeal submissions and attached evidence

Roblox usernames or links you voluntarily provide

Basic activity indicators used for moderation (message counts, participation)

Why we collect: To enforce rules, investigate reports, detect evasion or abuse, process appeals, and protect community safety.

We do not request: Government ID, financial details, passwords, medical records, or similar highly sensitive personal data. Do not send such information.

Third-party services: Some logs or appeals may be handled by third-party bots or platforms (e.g., appeal systems). Their privacy policies apply; Luminue is not liable for third-party platform actions beyond our control.

 

 

11. Reporting & Safety

If you see rule violations, please:

Open a support ticket

False reports or fabricated evidence may be punished. Luminue may retain report logs for moderation and appeal review.

 

 

12. Moderation, Enforcement & Disclaimer

Luminue uses a combination of automated moderation tools and human moderators. While staff aim to act promptly:

No moderation system is perfect. Violations may appear before removal.

Automated systems can make mistakes; human review may be required.

Staff act in good faith using available information. Decisions may be based on context, intent, and severity.

You may be exposed to harmful content despite our efforts; you accept that risk by participating.

By participating, you agree not to hold the owner, administrators, moderators, or staff liable for user-generated content or moderation delays beyond our reasonable control.

Possible actions: Warning, message deletion, mute/timeout, role restriction, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban, referral to platform or law enforcement, or blacklisting from applications.

 

 

13. Appeals Process

Appeal guidelines:

Appeals must be respectful, factual, and complete.

Provide context, evidence, and any relevant screenshots or chat links.

Repeated, frivolous, or abusive appeals may result in loss of appeal privileges.

Appeals are reviewed by staff; where possible, reviews are handled by senior staff not involved in the original action.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal. Decisions after review are generally final.

 

 

14. No Official Affiliation / Trademark Notice

Luminue is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc..

Trademark notice:

The referenced trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Luminue does not claim ownership of platform trademarks, logos, or branding, nor represent itself as an official representative of those companies.

15. External Links, Third-Party Tools & Liability

Luminue may link to or use external tools (bots, appeal platforms, forms, partner sites). We do not guarantee availability, security, or permanence of third-party services. Use external links at your own risk.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminue and its staff are not liable for: user-generated content, third-party failures, platform outages, emotional distress due to user conduct, or damages arising from external services.

 

 

16. Acceptance of Terms

By remaining in the server you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these rules, moderation practices, and data handling described above. If you disagree, you should leave the server.
